Tasks

-Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively. -Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. -Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to clients and management. -Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and billing. -Facilitate post-project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. -Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. -Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. -Manage project execution, ensuring compliance with established standards and practices. -Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in project management software and tools. -Business English level (highly required) -Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. -Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus. -Mechanical Engineering background is a plus -+10 years of experience in a similar role with mechanical background; Knowledge of manufacturing processes; Value Stream Mapping/Quality Control/Inventory Management is a plus -Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
