  • Manage the BIM workload, including subcontractors, ensuring proper allocation and full utilization of resources. Ensure staff meet or exceed utilization targets.
  • Collaborate with the project team, clients, and consultants to review all BIM models for the project and implement any required changes.
  • Effectively convey and reinforce/amplify messaging from Global Services, Division Services and Leadership to the regional team.
  • Ensure each project has a clearly defined BIM/Project Execution Plan and actively promote its implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Connect with business unit directors to ensure the region's practices align with the services.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with aligned Arcadis Global resources and ensure local staff work effectively with Global Design colleagues.
  • Develop work strategies and BIM Services team staffing requirements during the project pursuit stage.
  • Work in collaboration with other design disciplines, applying BIM solutions to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
  • Manage BIM deliverables' production and quality assurance to ensure that they meet or exceed client expectations, align with Arcadis requirements, and comply with Standards.
  • Work collaboratively with all design disciplines to ensure the integration of the overall design or solution.
  • Provide technical advice to team members to support them in their project delivery and professional development.
  • Oversee the monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of model performance.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients and their representatives.

  • Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650, COBie).
  • Professional BIM Certification.
  • Highly motivated, proactive and open to taking on new challenges.
  • Familiarity with interoperability between Autodesk Revit and other discipline-specific software programs, with an understanding of the differences between BIM for Building, Civil and Plant.
  • Proficient with Autodesk Revit – across all disciplines.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills for managing fast-paced projects.
  • Experience with overseeing/managing large-scale projects and large project teams.
  • Proven team leadership abilities to guide a BIM team through design and production processes.
  • Skilled at interacting with external entities (clients, owners, and agencies) to develop, interpret, and meet BIM or CAD delivery requirements.
  • Highly skilled in developing and coordinating BIM Protocols and Execution Plans for projects.
  • 8-10 years of experience in a BIM technology support role in the Architecture and Engineering field, including production and coordination.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate in team-based environments and teach others about BIM best practices.
  • Certified in ISO 19650 Information Management or equivalent.
  • Experienced in 3D design, multi-discipline coordination, managing models and facilitating data exchange.
