Perform geotechnical drilling, maintain equipment, and lead crews on nationwide projects.

Tasks

-Maintain drill logs, as-builts, and other project documentation accurately. -Working with a Project Manager, Superintendent and teammates, apply your skills effectively to get work done efficiently, safely and correctly. -Maintain drills for optimal functionality, and work with teammates to understand their maintenance requirements. -Learn and apply new skills so you can do more: machines, soils technology, specialty techniques, leadership and problem-solving principles.

What You Bring

-At least one year of working outside in all conditions. -Possess deep knowledge of different types of geotechnical tooling and drilling techniques -Experience or certifications for heavy equipment operations (skid steer, forklift, Bobcat, Scissor lift, or CDL vehicles.) -Regular heavy lifting (75lbs+) of construction materials on the job site. -A history of complying with construction crew safety principles and tools. -3+ years of geotechnical drilling experience -Experience with shotcrete or grouting pumps on the job. -Experience directing teams, managing customer interactions, or managing projects. -More years of experience and technical expertise with the tools and technologies in drilling. -At least one year of traveling construction labor experience. -A history of problem solving; the ability to grasp a problem, see a solution, and do whatever it takes to get the problem solved. -Ability to be on time, all the time, every time. -Casing Drilling or Rock Drilling experience (Cammachio, Klemm, Casagrande and Fraste drills) -Ability to drive (CMV or CDL) -Ability to understand and meet daily production targets. -The noise level in the work environment is moderate and hearing protection is often required.
