  • Assists with external facing coordination of equipment deliveries with site personnel including general contractors and electrical contractors.
  • Accountable for commercial, technical, engineering, and scheduling aspects of intricate/highly technical electrical distribution equipment projects at the direction of the project manager
  • Ensure efficient progression of orders from PO Submittal through on-site commissioning
  • Complies with Siemens policies and procedures.
  • Promptly resolve post-shipment issues through prioritization and comprehensive communication strategies and manual line management
  • Collaborate with entire order value chain to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Review quality documents and submit to project stakeholders
  • Develop change order proposals as part of managing the overall project.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve for complex technical design issues and challenges.
  • Ensure all required project documentation is submitted according to required timelines and adheres to customer defined specifications

  • Familiarity with electrical specifications and submittal/O&M standards.
  • Achievement & Results Orientation Able to identify complex problems, analyze options, and reach positive, effective, and practical solutions.
  • COMPAS equipment configuration experience with Siemens equipment (strongly preferred).
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without no sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Proficiency within Microsoft Office 365.
  • Customer Service Orientation Works well with Internal and External customers utilizing strong Interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • Experience with the application and concepts of Electrical Products.
  • Resourcefulness Exhibit creative ways to make things happen with less authority and fewer resources.
  • Proficiency with PDF editing tools.
  • Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high impact, complex and/or cross-functional problems.
  • Smartsheet experience a plus (not required but will need to pick up utilizing the tool quickly).
  • BS in engineering, construction, building construction management, business administration or general business.
  • Experience working for/with electrical contractors/distributors.
  • Discernment Develop ability to cut through the clutter to see and address the real issues facing the Project Stakeholders
  • Intermediate COMPAS configuration experience of Siemens equipment (e.g., P1–P5, SB1–SB3).
  • Communication Effectively and efficiently communicate knowledge across functional areas both with internal and external Project Stakeholders
  • 3 plus years of experience in project management or project administration including direct industry (General Contractor, Electrical Contractor, Electrical Equipment).
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • 5+ years of successful experience in a related field.

Benefits

  • The pay range for this position is $73,500 - $126,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
