Overview
Deliver and develop technical training for service teams across New England.

Tasks
-Continuously evaluate and improve training programs and materials. -Deliver engaging in-person and remote training to new and existing service employees. -Develop and lead service process training classes to ensure consistency across branches. -Collaborate with internal teams to create and refine process documentation. -Participate in Service Department Procedure and Training Committees. -Utilize Caterpillar’s online training platform to assign and track employee progress. -Travel to various Milton CAT locations as needed.

What You Bring
-Ability to develop training and utilize E-Learning -Dynamic presentation skills with strong public speaking & overall communication skills -Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record -Prior industry experience preferred but not required. -Ability to travel to other Milton CAT locations as needed -Proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.) -Strong problem-solving skills -Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy -Ability to train new subjects and concepts to all employees and drive consistency in process execution -Good organizational skills -Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations -Ability to work with minimal supervision
