Tasks

-Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional execution -Conduct project meetings, track progress, and proactively resolve issues -Manage schedules, budgets, subcontracts, procurement, and field coordination -Lead concrete project delivery from preconstruction through closeout -Oversee self-perform crews or concrete subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency -Drive a strong safety and quality culture across all phases of the project -Coordinate closely with clients, design teams, and internal partners

The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing concrete scopes — structural, flatwork, tilt-wall, foundations, or self-perform operations. We’re looking for someone who can lead in the field and in the office, collaborate with clients and trade partners, and ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to our high standards. -Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities -Strong understanding of layout, formwork, rebar, flatwork, and structural systems -Ability to read and interpret construction documents, shop drawings, and project specs -5+ years of experience managing concrete or self-perform construction projects -Experience with tilt-wall, industrial, or commercial concrete scopes is a plus -Proven ability to lead project teams and deliver work on schedule and budget
