Tasks

-Support design, procurement, and construction teams in integrating HSE-in-design principles -Lead HSE governance, compliance, and performance across the project -Build strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders -Monitor and report on leading/lagging HSE indicators and implement improvement actions -Mentor and coach team members and promote positive HSE behaviours -Align consultancy HSE systems with client standards, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and project requirements -Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations (ICAM)

What You Bring

-Collaborative and solution focused -Solid understanding of WA HSE legislation, risk management, and ISO standards -Proven background in EPCM or integrated owner’s team environment -10+ years' HSE experience in mining, resources, or heavy industry projects -Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field -High attention to detail -ICAM investigation and internal audit certification desirable -Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
