Overview

Lead hourly team in quarry operations, ensure safety, production, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Complete daily production, safety and maintenance reports accurately -Review daily equipment inspection reports and respond accordingly. -Assist with equipment repairs and housekeeping as needed -Maintain housekeeping and appearance standards as established -Monitor all plant personnel to make sure all training, safety, production and staffing needs are being met. -Responsible for maintaining quality of all products -Plan and direct operations in coordination with the Plant Manager and Operations coordinator.

What You Bring

-Valid driver’s license is required. -MSHA certification preferred -Experience leading a team -Motor Vehicle Record Check -2 or more years of experience on plan maintenance/preventive maintenance. -DOT 5-Panel Drug Screen -Fit for Duty Baseline Physical -Plant/Preventative maintenance safety preferred -1-2 years previous quarry/mining experience preferred
