Tasks

-Managing external legal budgets and resources through the Lendlease Legal Panel. -Supporting merger clearance processes and outsourcing arrangements in Finance and Digital. -Structuring and documenting major corporate and treasury transactions, including international debt and equity raisings. -Collaborating with cross-functional teams—Tax, Finance, Strategy, M&A, and Digital—to ensure efficient and compliant deal execution.

What You Bring

-Demonstrates initiative in navigating complex legal matters and driving outcomes. -Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across legal and commercial teams. -Strong project management and negotiation skills. -Post-admission experience, ideally from a highly regarded law firm or in-house legal team. -A law degree and practising certificate. -Expertise in the chosen field such as corporate advisory, M&A, property transactions, banking, and related legal areas can be flexibly applied across various aspects of the role, all of which are integral to its diverse scope.
