Overview

Conduct asbestos surveys, collect samples, and ensure safety compliance.

Tasks

-Liaising with clients, project managers, and colleagues to deliver projects to agreed timescales -Maintaining equipment, ensuring cleanliness, calibration, and proper records -Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety procedures and quality standards -Undertaking asbestos surveys, recording site data, and submitting reports on time

What You Bring

-Time management and ability to meet project deadlines -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection/report writing -Competent in the use of IT software, in particular mobile applications used for survey data collection -Hold a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel -Must hold BOHS P402 qualifications (or RSPH Level 3 in Asbestos Surveying) -Industry experience essential with proven track record of conducting a similar role -Good client-facing skills – confident in liaising with contractors, project managers, and stakeholders
