The Role

Overview

Assist in civil construction projects as an entry-level field engineer in Florida.

Tasks

-Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams on scheduling, materials, and deliveries. -Prepare field reports, as-builts, RFIs, and other project documentation. -Monitor jobsite progress, safety, and quality performance. -Review drawings, specifications, and help ensure work is completed per contract requirements. -Shadow and assist field leadership in surveying, layout, quality control, and production tracking. -Work closely with experienced Project Managers and Superintendents to learn day-to-day field operations on active civil construction projects.

What You Bring

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD or Bluebeam a plus. -Willingness to work in the field and travel locally to project sites. -Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
