-Interpreting and applying the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards, -Conducting building assessments on significant projects, -Coordinating state and federal historic tax credit applications -Preparing historic preservation specifications and developing conceptual designs into detailed documents.

What You Bring

We are looking for a talented preservation architect to join our team. Preservation Architects are fully integrated into project teams from conceptual design through construction administration. They are expected to exhibit confidence and a strong collaborative attitude. Flexibility, initiative, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude are important qualities we look for. Candidates must exhibit a strong graphic sensibility, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external parties. -Solid knowledge of historic preservation and historic materials. -Licensure: Preferred but not required -Ability to coordinate small projects and manage small project teams, as a Project Manager, Project Architect, and/or Construction Administrator, as scheduled. -Education: Professional degree in architecture required; advanced degree or certificate in preservation preferred. -Proficiency in Autodesk Revit. -Experience: 6 or more years of related work experience
