This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong project execution and team management experience in the solar or broader renewable energy space. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). -Proven success managing large-scale solar installations. -Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. -Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. -Located in CT or willing to relocate -10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years leading teams in the solar or renewable energy sector.
