Tasks

-Liaise with the Property Management Accounts team in providing excellent financial management services to our Clients -Assist on rent reviews, lease renewals and void lettings to maximise income -Assist with the Property Management functions provided on the portfolio -Create, implement and deliver annual property strategy plans -Gain significant experience in the management of Dundrum Shopping Centre. -Foster/ develop key relationships with Clients, their tenants, occupiers and key advisors -Identify, implement and execute added value across our managed portfolio -Assist with Client reporting on portfolios under your management Join the No. 1 Market Leader in commercial property in Ireland

What You Bring

-Property Qualification essential to degree level & clean drivers’ licence -The ability to work within a team and on own initiative -Strong verbal and numerical skills, and be comfortable with report writing -2-5 years’ experience in Commercial Property Management preferable -Excellent time management and general organisational skills -A confident and capable individual keen to take an active role within the team -The ability to be flexible and work under pressure -Able to identify, implement and execute added value across the portfolio
