Tasks

-Lead wind resource assessments using advanced modelling tools and data analysis to support project feasibility and design. -Provide technical input into planning applications, environmental impact assessments, and grid connection studies. -Engage with clients and stakeholders to present findings, advise on project risks, and support strategic decision-making. -Deliver energy yield predictions and performance evaluations for onshore and offshore wind projects. -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, planning, and commercial functions to ensure integrated project delivery.

What You Bring

-Degree qualified in engineering, renewable energy, or a related discipline, with a strong focus on wind energy systems. -Strong understanding of wind farm design principles, including layout optimisation, environmental constraints, and grid integration. -Proven experience in wind resource assessment and energy yield analysis, ideally using industry standard tools such as WindFarmer. OpenWind or WasP. -Demonstrated ability to manage projects and mentor junior engineers, contributing to team development and project delivery excellent. -Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present technical findings clearly to clients and multidisciplinary teams.
