Oversee financial analysis, controls, budgeting and reporting for Central KY/Ohio ops.

Tasks
-Providing ROI and discounted cash flow analyses. -Proactive leadership of the financial analysis, administrative and accounting functions of the Indiana operations. -Maintaining effective internal controls and insuring adherence to corporate policies & procedures. -Provide management with independent, forward-looking financial & operational insights. -Maintaining all financial records as well as reporting on regional performance. -Administering company accounting principles, practices, and procedures. -Providing strategic support while acting as a resource to senior management. -Overseeing all cost accounting, budgeting, planning, and procedural controls. -Performance of timely variance analyses.

What You Bring
-4+ years of financial and accounting experience in mining or highway constructions is a plus. -Proven record in managing accounting practices and procedures. -Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. -Skilled in maintaining effective internal controls. -6+ years of financial and accounting experience. -Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field required, MBA and/or CPA a plus. -Experienced in financial & operational variance analysis. -Proven track record of preparing business plans, budgets, and forecasts. -Advanced Excel skills.
