Tasks
-Fuel collaboration across the global enterprise, scaling great ideas, content, and campaigns across functions and regions to build a consistent yet locally relevant brand presence. -Develop and execute bold activation strategies that accelerate growth, win share of voice, and strengthen brand love among DIYers, pros, and retailers alike. -Champion data-backed decision making, leveraging insights and trends to anticipate where the category is going — and making sure CRAFTSMAN® leads the charge. -Partner with top-tier creative and media talent (agencies and our award-winning in-house Studio)to produce content and campaigns that grab eyeballs and drive measurable results. -Elevate product launches into must-see moments, partnering with global brand, product, and channel teams to ensure every new release lands with impact and drives conversion. -Inspire and mentor a high-performing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and a “find-a-way” mentality that reflects the CRAFTSMAN® spirit. -Orchestrate the full digital marketing playbook — paid, owned, and earned — including SEO/SEM, influencer programs, video, social, retargeting, and next-gen performance tactics.

What You Bring
-10+ years of experience in brand marketing -Familiarity with media environment, digital marketing and commercialization -5+ years’ experience with leadership of marketing innovation in a either a SKU-intensive brand or multi-brand consumer product portfolio -Working knowledge of content management systems, product information management systems, and digital assets management platforms -Experience in high volume retail and / or distributor environment involving complexity in price, channel, and product, with the ability to act as a marketing spokesperson with internal and external customers to generate excitement about launches -Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in business or marketing -Prior team leadership of functional experts coaching and developing broader team members throughout a matrix organization. -MBA preferred
