What You Bring

The Finance Manager – Treasury will be responsible for managing the company’s cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships to ensure optimal financial efficiency and risk management. This role requires strong expertise in treasury operations, financial analysis, and stakeholder relationship management, particularly within a real estate or property development environment. -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA in Finance or CA/CPA preferred). -5–8+ years’ experience in treasury management within a large corporation, ideally in real estate or property development. -Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. -Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and cash management systems.
