Tasks
-Collaborate effectively with Virtual Construction and Prefab team members. -Translate verbal and written directions into accurate, functional design documents. -Prepare and assemble document sets for transmittal to other parties. -Act as a modeler for electrical projects, managing tasks, setting priorities, and overseeing the quality assurance and quality control of 3D modeling and 2D drawing deliverables according to VC Standards. -Download and manage drawings and information from online sources, SharePoint, and project websites. -Work closely with the prefabrication department to ensure seamless project execution. -Understand and comply with client policies and procedures. -Maintain clear communication with Superintendents, Foremen, and Project Managers. -Use Revit to produce shop drawings from 3D models, adhering to company standards. -Interpret project schedules, budgets, and deliverable requirements to plan effectively.

What You Bring
-Experience working on advanced facility construction projects. -Familiarity with working in the semiconductor industry. -Experience with electrical drafting and construction documents. -Strong communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams. -Ability to produce construction drawings and Revit MEP designs. -Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
