Security Team Leader

Overview

Lead the site security team, ensure safety, service and compliance at Marlands Shopping Centre.

Tasks

-Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing offenders of policy and procedures -Ensure all defects are reported. -Oversee all day-to-day security operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to safety protocols. -Deal with customer queries and complaints quickly and efficiently and escalating when required to a senior manager in which it applies, reporting all cases -Ensure all necessary health and safety inspections/patrols are completed to maintain compliance of site procedures. Reporting all incidents, accidents, damage and near missed to the management team (Client) immediately via verbal communication followed by a detailed investigation report. -Assisting the Control Room and CCTV operation including all files and documentation to meet all data protection requirements of GDPR, reporting to the Regional Operations Manager and the Data Processor (Centre Manager). -Actively maintain a safe, helpful, and secure environment for staff, customers, visitors, and the Centre’s tenants. -Protecting the client’s property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI’s) and site-specific procedures -Ensure cleaning schedules are being followed.
