What You Bring
-Learn to quickly discern property attributes – their value and how they provide positive or negative consequences for clients -Have a Real Estate License or plan to obtain it in Pennsylvania -Strong math skills and problem-solving capability -Learn and sharpen presentation skills to win business -Excellent communication skills -Heavy prospecting for new client relationships via phone and door-to-door contact and communication -Quick grasp and understanding of company niche and market advantages offered by Cresa's local office to convey these advantages to prospects -Valid driver’s license -Very strong work ethic and desire to work in a sales environment -Ability to work well with others -2 years of Office-specific commercial real estate experience preferred -Bachelor's degree
