Overview

Perform maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and manage repairs on night shift.

Tasks

-Starts devices to test their performance. -Mechanical troubleshooting of industrial equipment. -Perform weekly PM’s and scheduled maintenance outages on equipment -Inspects parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements. -Identify, repairs or replaces defective parts. -Observes mechanical devices such as presses, saws and other supporting equipment in operation to troubleshoot and identify potential. issues. -Performs electrical, mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting. -Identifies stored energy and performs all Lockout/Tag-out procedures according to company policy. -Use of CMMS system to track materials and time used to repair an asset. -Work closely with operations team to understand equipment function. -Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.

What You Bring

-Read and Interprets hydraulic, schematic, basic electric, electronic and OHM laws. -Ability to interpret schematics for hydraulic and electrical as well as mechanical prints. -High School Diploma or GED equivalent. -3 years of previous maintenance experience in manufacturing environment. -Able to work in extreme heat or cold conditions
