Tasks
-Leverage HR analytics to support decision-making and measure operational effectiveness. -Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and industry standards. -Design competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs (total rewards) aligned with JLG’s ESOP model. -Oversee HR policies, systems, and processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, employee accessibility, and effective risk management. -Partner with finance team to align HR programs with business planning and budgeting. -Develop and support HR staff in achieving performance expectations and goals. -Oversee recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent across all disciplines in alignment with firm’s business goals. -Support supervisors in building high-performing, accountable teams. -Lead engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, feedback programs, and recognition systems. -Partner with executive leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with JLG’s business goals, core values, and ESOP culture. -Lead continuous improvement in HR practices. -Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development. -Foster an employee experience that reflects JLG’s vision and values. -Lead cultural and change-management initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and retention. -Ensure JLG attracts and retains top talent by reinforcing our reputation as an industry-leading employer. -Drive strategies for learning and development, performance management, and career growth opportunities.

What You Bring
-Superb attention to detail and discretion in maintaining confidentiality. -Professional services, and/or ESOP experience -Proven success as a strategic HR leader in a growing, multi-location firm. -SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or related certification -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field -Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. -Demonstrated ability to model and foster trusted leadership, accountability, and collaboration. -Paylocity experience -Strong expertise in organizational development, talent strategy, and employee engagement. -Proficient in MS Office suite, with the ability to learn other programs -10+ years of HR leadership experience -Strong business acumen with the ability to critically analyze data and connect people initiatives to firm performance. -Deep knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, compensation, and benefits administration across multiple state jurisdictions.
