Drywall Foreman

Supervise and perform journeyman-level drywall framing, ensuring safety and schedule compliance.

Tasks

-Maintain records of operations -Utilize a proactive approach to anticipate and resolve potential issues -Provide expertise in performing journeyman-level drywall framer duties -Ensure work areas are properly maintained -Develop and manage JHA’s, ensure crews are working safely and properly trained -Lift and/or pull 75lbs., climb ladders, work off ladders, man lifts or other equipment -Support activities at all Swinerton job-sites as directed -Track production of all phases of framing, drywall and finishing -Estimate time, material, equipment and supplies needed -Enter daily time in Exaktime (Swinerton timekeeping system) for crew -Consult with clients and contractors in a professional manner -Adhere to all OSHA and Swinerton safety practices and procedures -Ensure jobs are completed in due time and ensure work in performed according to Swinerton standards -Review project plan and blueprints -Monitor inventories and request supplies and equipment -Discipline, mentor and monitoring performance of employees -Confirm layout with drawings and coordination drawings or model, generate RFI’s for conflicts or differing conditions -Develop work schedules and crew assignments

What You Bring

-Display basic computer skills -Ability to learn new skills with attention to detail -Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman Drywall Framer or similar role -Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time, fully squat, bend or kneel while wearing a tool belt -Capable of working in a variety of weather conditions
