Tasks

-Oversee the transition to SAP, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to warehouse operations. -Lead safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance, maintaining adherence to all relevant standards and legislation. -Identify, monitor, and mitigate health and safety risks, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel. -Evaluate and optimise warehouse layouts to maximise space utilisation and operational efficiency. -Implement and streamline robust inventory control systems and processes, including the execution of regular audits to ensure accuracy and accountability. -Establish and enforce security protocols to safeguard warehouse operations and assets, maintaining a secure and compliant environment. -Lead and mentor a high-performing team of warehouse staff and supervisors, fostering a culture of excellence through training, development, and performance management.

What You Bring

-Extensive experience with SAP systems, including successful implementation projects. -CIPS certification desirable. -Academic background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (degree preferred). -Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems and database tools. -Deep understanding of warehousing KPIs, with hands-on experience in setting, monitoring, and optimising performance metrics. -Demonstrated leadership in managing warehouse operations and teams.
