Oversee project cost control, reporting, and financial performance for large construction projects.

Tasks
-Oversees cost controls reporting and reconciliation of project cost reporting. -Supports integration of Company systems to track, monitor and control costs. Ensures accurate training and utilization of approved systems for cost control and reporting. -Manages tracking of over/under billing to monitor and controls project cash flow -Assists project close out procedures by validating final revenue prior to final bill submission . -monitors the job cost report against key performance indicators (KPIs). -Coordinates with Division Claims/Contract Manager in tracking and monitoring change order and claims preparation and resolution -Manages tracking activities around unsecured revenue and project contingencies. -Reviews and analyzes project cost control records to provide technical advice or project control guidance.

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required. -Able to identify cost reduction strategies in schedule, quantities or contract specifications that align with project budget and design specification requirements. -7+ years’ experience in construction engineering, project management or project controls required. -Delegation and communication skills required. Able to develop or refine a company-wide program and clearly communicate expectations and business value to all levels of the business . -Experience with complex scheduling and cost control processes required. -Proven written and verbal communication skills. -Knowledge of construction contract agreements and change order processes required. -Knowledge of accounting principles, including construction accounting, required. -Proven leadership and influential skills. Able to effectively work and communicate with all levels of the company.
