  • Deliver strategic insights through advanced spend analysis, market cost modeling, and benchmarking to support data-driven decision-making and value proposition development.
  • Oversee Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for ESD & Corporate Services categories, including planning and facilitation of Executive Business Reviews and performance deep-dives.
  • Develop and maintain visual management dashboards to provide executive visibility into partner performance, spend optimization, risk exposure, and contract compliance.
  • Champion benchmarking and external collaboration with peer utilities and industry forums to continuously evaluate and adopt best-in-class procurement practices.
  • Ensure contract deliverables are met and validated, including compliance with Statements of Work (SOWs), service level agreements (SLAs), and defined KPIs.
  • Lead the development and execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, integrating performance insights into strategic planning and stakeholder communications.

  • Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP); demonstrated experience managing enterprise-wide initiatives from planning through execution.

  • Experience with international sourcing, shared services models, or management consulting highly desirable.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, strategic sourcing, procurement, or finance, with demonstrated success in enterprise-level planning and execution. With at least 5 years in a senior strategy or leadership role within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience working in both regulated (e.g., utility) and unregulated industries, with exposure to large capital and operational procurement environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives and influence without direct authority.
  • BA/BS in area of Economics, Business Finance or Supply Chain, or related experience.
  • Industry certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CPSD (Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity), or equivalent.
