Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial acumen with the ability to translate business needs into sourcing strategies.
Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP); demonstrated experience managing enterprise-wide initiatives from planning through execution.
Maneuvering comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related dynamics.
Using various- communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex projects across business and functional domains.
Strong understanding of supplier relationship management, contract management, and sourcing lifecycle practices.
10 years of total supply chain or finance-related industry experience.

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Supply Chain, or related field.
Project Management experience, Utility and non-Utility industry experience, Management Consulting experience, International Business / Sourcing Experience.

Experience with international sourcing, shared services models, or management consulting highly desirable.
10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, strategic sourcing, procurement, or finance, with demonstrated success in enterprise-level planning and execution. With at least 5 years in a senior strategy or leadership role within a complex, matrixed organization.
Experience working in both regulated (e.g., utility) and unregulated industries, with exposure to large capital and operational procurement environments.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives and influence without direct authority.
BA/BS in area of Economics, Business Finance or Supply Chain, or related experience.
Industry certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CPSD (Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity), or equivalent.
