Lead commercial strategy and delivery for £1bn high‑value highways projects nationwide

Tasks

-Managing a team of Commercial Leads including Commercial Managers, MQ's SQS's, QS's & Apprentice QS's delivering major projects and fostering high performance and development -Overseeing contract and subcontract negotiations, risk management, and procurement strategy -Driving forecasting, reporting, and financial performance across the portfolio -Accountable for managing contracts and subcontracts, overseeing financial and commercial planning, implementing risk management strategies, driving procurement approaches and execution, and ensuring project profitability while maintaining full compliance with Kier Transportation Highways' commercial standards. -Developing and implementing commercial strategies aligned to the wider company business plans and objectives

-Ability to inspire, lead, and communicate effectively across diverse teams and projects -Proven experience at a senior commercial level, with the capability to manage schemes valued at £250m and above. -A full driving licence -Academic and professional qualifications commensurate with a Head of Commercial Manager
