Tasks

-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to strategically position the firm. -Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. -Provide feedback to management on market insights, client needs, and areas of opportunity. -Support the development of strategic partnerships and alliances. -Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. -Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architecture and design sectors, including real estate developers, contractors, government entities, and private clients. -Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools. -Collaborate closely with design and technical teams to understand service offerings and align client needs. -Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.

What You Bring

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development / Sales Executive to join our growing architecture consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development or sales within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry, and a proven ability to build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related field. -Familiarity with CRM systems and business development tools. -Valid driving license (preferred). -Strong presentation and proposal development skills. -Strong knowledge of the architecture and design consultancy market in the GCC or MENA region. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. -Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team. -Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience within the architecture, engineering, or construction sector.
