Support a Cluster Manager to drive sales, margins and team performance across multiple DDC stores.

Tasks

-Develop customer contact plans. -Support the Cluster Manager to deliver a culture of engagement -Collaborate with the Cluster Manager in the nurturing of a high performing sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. -Collaborate with the Cluster Manager in the ownership of the P&L with an emphasis on delivering sales, while optimising margin, cost efficiency & protecting against stock/cash losses. -Ensure we maintain a market leading service experience for our customer. -Help ensure stores have the right culture, processes and controls in place. -Collaborate with the Cluster Manager to review performance & review trends.
