Tasks

-Strategically develop and implement innovative solutions, leveraging cuttingedge technologies to address the unique needs of data centers, ensuring optimal performance in power distribution, lighting, and communication systems. -Drive the growth and development of Arup’s electrical engineering practice, contributing to business development, project acquisition, and shaping the strategic direction of the firm in the data center space. -Represent Arup in clientfacing engagements, offering expert advice and insights that contribute to both project success and longterm relationships. -Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problemsolving across multidisciplinary teams. -Lead highprofile data center projects, managing the design and execution of advanced electrical systems while ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices. -Assume primary responsibility for the overall quality and execution of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to rigorous standards and delivering on time and within budget.

What You Bring

-Extensive experience in Electrical Engineering within a consulting environment, with a proven track record of leadership in largescale data center projects. -Expertise in industrystandard software and design tools relevant to Electrical Engineering. -Recognized tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. -Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to the strategic direction of a business. -Strong technical expertise in the design, development, and delivery of complex electrical systems.
