Tasks

As the Project Marketing Executive, you’ll support the end-to-end marketing delivery of multiple high-end apartment and townhouse projects, working closely with the Head of Marketing, external agencies and internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who loves property, branding and creative execution. -Assist with market research, competitor insights and campaign performance reporting -Coordinate full-cycle project marketing campaigns from pre-launch through to settlement -Brief and manage external partners including creative, media, branding and PR agencies -Support the planning and execution of launch events, exhibitions and VIP functions -Oversee website, EDM and social media content for each project -Manage creative assets, content and collateral across digital, print, display suites and on-site signage -Ensure a premium, consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints

What You Bring

-Tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar -2–5 years’ experience in property, real estate, project marketing -Strong coordination skills with a love for detail, deadlines and creative delivery -Passion for design, architecture, customer experience and luxury brands -Learn directly from an experienced senior marketing leader -Experience working with agencies and managing multiple projects at once -Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, boutique team environment
