  • A Level 3 Engineering Diploma (BTEC)
  • Working safely and efficiently within a dynamic rail depot environment.
  • Academic Foundation: You will have achieved, or be on track to achieve, at least 5 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, including Maths and English Language
  • Team Player: You enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.
  • A Level 2 PEO (Performing Engineering Operations)
  • A Level 3 AME (Advanced Manufacturing Engineering)
  • Proactive & Responsible: Ability to work independently, safely, and responsibly. You're keen to take ownership of challenges and ideas, and you're looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change.
