Tasks

-Act as the liaison between business development, pre-construction, and marketing; provide market sector insights and perform market trends analysis -Establish and nurture strategic business partnerships and customer relationships, developing and maintaining relationships with partners, and identifying new market opportunities -Manage positioning activities of the business development team, including strategic planning, creating communications and marketing materials, coordinating prequalification efforts, and initiating customer feedback -Complete Request for Proposals with 100% accuracy and compliance with owner’s specifications -Build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels -Play an integral role with the development team, taking work direction, utilizing training, and completing performance reviews -Convert potential future customers to contacts for market sector leaders and become familiar with customer project estimates to facilitate discussions -Lead team members by example, offering effective coaching and feedback, and managing performance

What You Bring
