Manage large multidisciplinary highway projects, covering design, construction, and staff mentoring.

Tasks

-Development of technical design and specification documents -Working with Contractors for the delivery of Design-Build projects. -Assisting with the production and delivering transportation projects through the construction administration phase -Design of highways and roads including the development of geometric layout, grading, and drainage, working with utilities, and environmental permitting -Managing large multi-disciplinary highway reconstruction projects, both traditional bid-build and alternate delivery (Design-Build, PPP, etc.) -Training / mentoring junior staff in various aspects of highway design. -Pre-design project planning and financial management

What You Bring

-11-15 years’ experience -Current PE in Massachusetts or licensed in another state with the ability to obtain a Massachusetts PE license within six months -BS in Engineering required. Masters degree preferred
