Assist in facility management tasks, procurement, events, and vendor coordination.

Tasks
-Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed -Assist with budgetary requests, analysis and reporting -Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities -Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption -Act as an interface with client, visitors and guests -Assist with researching, analyzing and reporting budget variances -Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives -Manage and maintain small facility management tasks as assigned -Provide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested -Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility -Ensure appreciate follow up with customers -Properly and effectively administer and maintain all security systems -Coordinate special events in support of client or JLL

What You Bring
-Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reports -Experience working in corporate or commercial real estate environments -Experience with service contract negotiations and management -Superior customer service skills and orientation -Minimum of two years of industry experience with facility or property administration -Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints -Event planning and coordination experience -Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills -Experience with facility management software (CAFM/CMMS systems) -Budget management and financial analysis experience -Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable processes -Ability to maintain professionalism always under stressful situations -Experience with procurement processes and vendor management -Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills -Strong organizational skills and collaborative style -Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision -3+ years of experience in facility or property management
