Mergers and Acquisitions Manager

Overview

Lead M&A activities to identify, negotiate, and close acquisition deals.

Tasks

-Conduct research to identify acquisition targets and update Target Tracker. -Meet or exceed the organizations targeted goals of NDAs signed, term sheets issues, LOIs signed, and deals closed. -Work with company legal counsel to negotiate the asset purchase agreement to achieve a successful closing within the confines of tolerable risks. -Review and advise the company on all due diligence matters and outcomes (i.e. risks, opportunities, etc.). -Coordinate across departments to share data and information to facilitate smooth integration. -Continue to identify and develop relationships within the market, including targets, sell-side brokers, market indices researchers, and other potential referral sources. If necessary, coordinates with buy side brokers engaged by the company.
