Equipment Rental Coordinator - Yard

Manage equipment rentals, orders, billing, and customer service for the construction yard.

Tasks

-Assist Project staff with accounting and maintenance of cost reports. -Maintain Yard filing system. -Reconcile monthly vendor statements. -Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints,1 or other communications -Compiling data for rental invoicing, billing, and records. -Assist staff in maintaining the Yard Management Database. -Set up vendor accounts for the Yard and Jobsites as required. -Responsible for assisting with the management of equipment rentals. -Manage insurance and project-specific documentation. -Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental processes. -Equipment Rental Data Entry and reporting -Answer/direct incoming calls and take messages as necessary. -Assist Staff in processing monthly Yard Billings to the Jobsites. -Place and coordinate equipment orders and repairs. -Track and maintain supplier records/requirements. -Maintain the Yard job site files. -Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with the level of service and support they are receiving.

What You Bring

-Must have excellent computer skills and be able to demonstrate proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). -3+ years of accounting or billing administrative experience preferably in the construction industry. -Must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment, able to multitask, meet critical deadlines with an eye for accuracy and attention to detail. -Previous equipment rental industry experience strongly preferred -Ability to work with all levels of project staff and organization. -Must have familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment
