Tasks
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in providing an exceptional leasing experience for prospects and residents while supporting the overall success of the community. You will be the face of our community, helping potential residents find their perfect home while maintaining strong relationships with existing residents. -Operational Efficiency – Ensure timely and accurate processing of applications, lease agreements, and resident records. -Market Knowledge – Stay informed about local rental trends and conduct competitive market surveys to ensure our properties remain top choices in the market. -Marketing & Outreach – Assist in executing marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and community events to drive traffic and awareness. -Engage & Connect – Build relationships with prospective residents through in-person tours, phone interactions, and digital communication. -Leasing Excellence – Showcase available apartments, highlight community features, and guide prospects through the leasing process with enthusiasm and expertise.

CIG Communities, a leader in property management, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Leasing Consultant for our new luxury lease up property - Aspire on 10th. Aspire on 10th offers an elevated lifestyle in a premiere location, providing residents with sophisticated accommodations and personalized service. -Ability to work weekends as needed to meet leasing and resident needs. -Experience with leasing software (Yardi, Entrata, or similar) is a plus. -Proven leasing experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (multifamily or related industry preferred). -Resident Experience – Assist with renewals, resident engagement initiatives, and retention efforts to create a strong community. -Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
