The Role

Overview

Support and develop Microsoft ERP, Power Platform, and Fabric data solutions.

Tasks

-Contribute to building a data-driven culture by promoting the strategic use of analytics and business intelligence to inform decisions and move the organization forward. -Implement robust security and access control protocols, ensuring user permissions align with best practices and compliance requirements. -Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system designs, administrative procedures, and architectural references to ensure transparency and scalability. -Optimize data flow and warehouse performance to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and speed for end users and business processes. -Deliver new system capabilities by configuring out-of-the-box functionality, supporting custom development, or coordinating with third-party implementation partners. -Stay current with evolving Microsoft features and industry best practices to proactively identify and implement continuous improvements across ERP and data environments. -Create and deliver user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. -Support the advancement of data governance initiatives by focusing on data usage, quality, lineage, and security across platforms. -Collaborate with external technology partners to manage system upgrades and identify innovative solutions that enhance business performance and drive ERP innovation. -Provide implementation support and ongoing system administration for SEH’s Microsoft ERP ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 (F&O, PO/CE), Power Apps, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI. -Design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure, including models, pipelines, and integration patterns across SEH’s data lake, warehouse, and reporting layers.

What You Bring

-Proficiency with Microsoft data warehouse technologies (Fabric, Synapse, Data Lake, OneLake, etc.) -Agile project SDLC experience along with Azure DevOps familiarity. -Demonstrated technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Fabric, and Power BI. -Ability to work largely unsupervised, collaborate with team members, and work independently. -Minimum of (5) years technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Fabric, and Power BI. -Membership and active participation in industry organizations. -This is a remote opportunity open to candidates residing in most US states (see exceptions below). If you’re open to relocation, please note this in your application. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. -Familiarity with Azure services and management. -Proven experience in D365, Power Apps, and Fabric system configuration, security administration, and performance optimization (RBAC, LCS, DMF, VS, X++, etc.) -Relevant Microsoft certifications in Azure, D365, Fabric, Power Apps, Power BI Experience with data governance, master data management, or information architecture -Experience communicating and collaborating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. -Strong experience creating dashboards and reports with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, SQL, etc.)
