Tasks
-Act as the subject matter expert in all technical installation practices of our product offerings and installation practices including customer programs and benefits. -Target installation companies within the region to identify growth opportunities and partner appropriately with internal stakeholders to gain their business. -Generate sales through installer market development and account management. -Execute segmentation to evaluate and assess the market & lead all aspects of the customer sales process, while leveraging other resources to assist in solution. -Support customers as they move to James Hardie by eliminating barriers to conversion & creating a positive customer experience through the transition. -Set up and run Quarterly Business Reviews with key installation accounts -Develop a working understanding of company products and installation practices, as well as customer programs and benefits. -Create and maintain accurate product specifications, builder specifications, and installer specifications for all job sites. -Regularly audit installation practices and identify installation mistakes, creating corrective action plans when needed in the market. -Analyze and interpret data through competitive cost analysis to drive decision-making and assess capabilities of competitive sets in the market. -Execute effective product installation training, aiding installation crews to install JH products as safety and efficiently as possible -Engage and drive consistent communication with the Regional Account Managers in joint action planning and funnel execution. -Maintain and defend Builder Account Management Plans with key influential identified installation companies in targeted geographies. -Responsible for cultivating and maintaining installer relationships from start to finish including crew identification, crew performance assessment, and installer training. -Perform installer market development through lead identification, networking and value propositioning. -Utilize CRM tools to drive informed decisions that enable additional volume growth year over year.

What You Bring
-Flexibility to identify and attend key activities within assigned territory while being accountable to a priority-based schedule with prospective customers. -Preferred Certifications : Certified Professional Constructor (CPC), Certified Associate, Constructor (CAC), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), OSHA Safety Training, TDEC - EPSC Level 1 Certification. -Ability to travel 50% of the time, a valid driver’s license required. -Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred. -3+ years of sales experience in a high-touch sales environment with a high level of organization, discipline, and self-structure. 5+ years preferred. -1+ years of experience working with a Customer Relationship Management system (Safesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) -3-5 years of building science/construction experience and building envelope design, preferably in a management or entrepreneurial capacity. 5+ years preferred. -Ability to work in Customer Relationship Management system (Safesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) -Able to present in front of large groups and convey messages in a captivating manner. -Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. -Strong understanding of sale process, funnel management, and good sales practices. -Ability to influence key stakeholders to be advocates for JHBP, effectively building relationships at all levels of an organization. -Moderate business/financial acumen, specifically regarding the construction industry. -Ability to work with core Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) -Experience working on construction sites with the ability to convey construction expertise. -Understand and speak to residential building economics, specifically installation spend
