Tasks
-Facilitates onboarding programs for new hires. -Manages, deploys and assesses the effectiveness of training programs and makes necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics. -Oversees the development of career pathing programs and succession planning. -Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new training and development practices and programs. -Conducts regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of training plans and implementation. -Facilitates learning with clear explanations and active listening to create an effective learning environment. -Collaborates with external training providers and consultants when necessary. -Leads the Enterprise LinkedIn Learning program for all employees. -Formulates, monitors, and manages training budgets to ensure cost-effective program delivery. -Identifies training needs through employee assessments, performance reviews, and collaboration with department heads. -Ensures all training and development activities are in compliance with federal and state laws. -Provides overall leadership and guidance to the HR training and development function. -Engages with and functions as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding training and development issues. -Leads the creation and coordination of engaging and effective training programs tailored to the organization's needs, ensuring alignment with company goals and values. -Designs curriculum and instructional materials tailored to specific job roles. -Fosters a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. -Develops comprehensive training and organizational development plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives. -Conducts training sessions using various methods, including in-person workshops, e-learning modules, and self-guided resources.

What You Bring
-Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. -Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. -Hands-on experience with Enterprise LinkedIn and HR information systems -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. -Proven experience directing corporate wide training and development programs. -This position requires a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in business administration, human resources or a related field or equivalent professional knowledge and/or work experience. -Excellent leadership and motivational skills - inspires teams, guides development, and encourages growth. -Must have outstanding presentation skills and executive presence. -Ability to adapt to changing environments. -Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) or Associate Training and Development Professional (ATDP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential a plus. -Builds relationships Strong technology proficiency and expertise in e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS). -Strong analytical and problem-solving and decision making skills. -A minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development. -Strong supervisory and leadership skills. -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. -Demonstrates highest standards of personal and professional integrity, adheres to company’s policies and procedures, and complies with applicable laws, government rules and regulations.
