Tasks

-Process pay rate changes and ensure accuracy in HRIS. -Help maintain HRIS integrity and support onboarding and recruiting as needed. -Address employee payroll inquiries and track FMLA hours. -Collaborate with PEO for semi-monthly payroll processing and adjustments. -Manage employee leave records and ADA compliance in coordination with the PEO. -Assist with policy questions, conduct exit interviews, and support annual compensation reviews. -Track and manage payroll-related items such as bonuses and timesheet statuses. -Prepare reports and provide backup for HR vendor invoicing and other administrative tasks.

What You Bring

-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. -3+ years in HR, including payroll processing for 100+ employees. -Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other HR-related regulations. -Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with HRIS systems.
