Tasks

-Maintain effective liaison and communication with all levels of the project management team, visitors, and external stakeholders. -Prepares reports and/or documentation as required and directed. -Relieves receptionist and provides support as required. -Ensures compliance and adheres to ACCIONA systems and standards where relevant. -Works with the Commercial Team to provide contract administration support. -Plan and schedule own work to meet required timelines and outputs understanding requirements and clarifying as appropriate. -Ensures that contract files are handled appropriately to ensure the security and confidentiality of their contents. -Obtains information to prepare reports and manages the completion of monthly reports where required. -Maintain and apply all relevant standards, policies, guidelines, and legislative requirements necessary to support responsible decisions and courses of action. -Assists site staff with secretarial support as required including presentations and the formatting of documents. -Liaises with the IT Team regarding site IT issues. -Ensures compliance with all relevant WHS legislative requirements. -Ensures that all written correspondence complies with Acciona and Project Procedures -Prepares and distributes agenda, notices, and minutes of Meetings as requested. -Manages the completion of monthly reports where required. -Liaise with other Administration personnel as required to ensure project administration standards are being maintained.

-Must be customer-focused, team-oriented, accountable, and results-driven. -Good at multi-tasking and demonstrates sound judgments, including balancing competing issues. -Strong administrative and time management skills -Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others. -Experience with MS Office suite of applications in particular Word and Excel -Self-confident and ability to persuade, convince, or impress others to gain their commitment and cooperation to a course of action. -Excellent and clear communication – verbal and written. -Preferable 2 years related experience. -Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience -High attention to detail
