Tasks

-Provide market and business insights and support business on financial modelling for business proposal or decision making -Partner the business units to formulate key strategies and recommendations to drive growth and profitability -Analyse monthly financial results and business drivers and provide supporting commentary on the variances between actual and budget/forecast -Prepare and create monthly and quarterly forecast reports for both internal management and Group reporting purposes. -Partner businesses in their budgeting and forecasting processes, with input from key business stakeholders, while ensuring financial reasonableness. -Serve as a conduit for review of existing policies and processes between stakeholders and finance teams, and contribute to ad-hoc projects to further drive improvement and efficiency

What You Bring

-At least 6 years' of experience in Finance Business Partnering or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). -Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent -Strong business acumen, detail-oriented and hands-on. -Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with stakeholders across different divisions and regions
