Recruitment Associate Intern

Overview

End-to-end recruitment handling sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.

Tasks

-Assist with onboarding of new hires (documentation, orientation coordination). -Maintain timely and clear communication through the recruitment process with candidates (update status, feedback, next steps). -Shortlist candidates after screening, present to hiring managers with summaries. -Cold calls / outbound outreach to passive candidates -Phone screening to assess experience, fit, availability, notice period, salary expectations, etc. -Track recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, number of calls, yield from sources, etc. -Maintain and update candidate database / Applicant Tracking System (ATS). -Arrange and coordinate interviews (phone / video / in-person), follow up with candidates and hiring managers. -Partner with hiring manager to understand hiring needs, job specifications and required skills for different designations. -Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, and other channels. -Negotiate offers, finalize terms with selected candidates.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. -Strong verbal communication skills; confident on phone. -Attention to detail; ability to assess candidates quickly and correctly. -Good at prioritizing, multitasking, working under targets. -Familiarity with recruitment tools / ATS, MS Office. -Basic negotiation skills. -0-2 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience; experience making high volume of candidate calls is a plus.
