Tasks

-Predictive Maintenance: Implementing strategies to anticipate and prevent equipment failures before they occur, often using data analysis and monitoring techniques. -Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM): Developing and refining maintenance plans based on the criticality and failure modes of electrical assets. -Monitoring Automation: Developing and enhancing automated monitoring systems to track equipment health and performance. -System Optimization: Identifying opportunities to improve the performance and efficiency of electrical systems. -Compliance: Ensuring that electrical systems and maintenance practices comply with industry standards and safety regulations. -Asset Management: Managing the lifecycle of electrical assets, including their maintenance, upgrades, and replacement. -Assisting with troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation issues, often in collaboration with maintenance teams. -Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigating failures to determine the underlying causes and prevent recurrence. -Data Analysis: Analyzing equipment performance data, identifying trends, and predicting potential issues.

Corpus Christi, TX (Embedded in plant) Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S without any sponsorship. -Experience with Electrical Reliability's duties listed above -10+ Years of Experience -Professional License (Electrical) in the state of Texas is a plus -Travel: Up to 10% -Self-motivating, self-managing individual -Strong experience with ETAP or SKM Electrical Power System Analysis software is a plus -BS in Electrical Engineering -Excellent oral and written communication skills
