Tasks
-Ensure seamless coordination with legal and financial teams to finalize lease agreements and mitigate risks. -Drive negotiations and successfully close complex lease agreements, including large anchor transactions exceeding 200,000 sq. ft. -Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the City Side Development business, ensuring alignment with Adani Airport Holdings Ltd’s broader objectives. -Identify and engage with potential tenants, including multinational corporations and large-scale enterprises, to secure long-term leasing commitments. -Develop and execute leasing strategies that align with the business unit’s goals and market trends. -Monitor leasing performance metrics and provide regular updates to the CEO of City Side Development business. -Collaborate with design and construction teams to deliver build-to-suit independent building solutions tailored to tenant requirements. -Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, brokers, and industry partners. -Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position the City Side Development as a premier office leasing destination. -Lead and manage the end-to-end leasing process for office spaces within the City Side Development at Navi Mumbai International Airport.

-Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing complex lease agreements is non-negotiable for this role. The ability to navigate these complexities ensures that the agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with the strategic goals of the business unit. -Knowledge of project management tools to coordinate build-to-suit developments. -MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Real Estate Management or Finance is preferred. -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. -Proven ability to lead leasing activities for high-profile developments and deliver measurable business outcomes. -Expertise in structuring and negotiating complex lease agreements for large anchor transactions and build-to-suit projects. -This skill is essential for maintaining the financial health of the City Side Development project and ensuring long-term partnerships with tenants. It also reflects the Adani Group’s commitment to offering best-in-class infrastructure and services. -Familiarity with commercial real estate development processes and stakeholder management. -Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills. -Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing complex lease agreements, including anchor deals and build-to-suit projects. -Proven track record of managing high-value transactions and delivering results. -Familiarity with analytics tools for market research and performance tracking. -Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on collaboration and performance. -Proven track record of 20–25 years in the office leasing industry, with extensive experience in handling large-scale transactions. -Strategic vision and ability to align leasing initiatives with business objectives. -20–25 years of experience in office leasing, with a focus on large-scale commercial transactions. -Proficiency in real estate management software and leasing platforms. -The role reports directly to the CEO of the City Side Development business, requiring a strategic vision to align leasing activities with the broader goals of the business unit.
