What You Bring

-Good knowledge of IT systems and processes -Ability to work weekends -Ability to build great relationships -Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales -Sound knowledge of KDR & duplex -Thorough understanding of current residential market trends -A strong track record in new home sales, experience is a MUST -Understand the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility for a KDR / duplex project -Consistent market research providing an understanding of housing industry -Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans
