-Provide excellent customer service -Connect and grow your skills in a dynamic, engaging environment -Work alongside and be coached by members of your team -Provide direct user support, Hardware imaging, and application troubleshooting -Use ITIL platforms to quality and quantity of work -Learn about IT support platforms in a corporate environment -Engage with leaders across the company

What You Bring

-Interpersonal and communication skills -Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher -Must live within a commutable distance to Nashville or willing to relocate to the greater Nashville area -Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, and imaging experience a plus -Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems -Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment -Must have an expected graduation date of August 2026 or later -Hardware Refresh/recycle, Mobile device, and Digital Signage support -Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel -Strong organizational skills -Time management skills
